When She Calls Your Name

Like a siren to a sailor,
She calls to me,
In the sea of storms,
I can hear her whispers in my ears.

Overwhelmed by her sweet temptation,
I am losing this battle, merciously,
Steering my sail without thought,
My bow heads towards her…

The winds gusts, boat thrusts,
One big waves comes,
And I can only think about her,
How her beauty haunts my eyes.

I love her.

The salty sting in the air,
Finally wakes me from the trance,
I change course despite her sweet song,
I will not take the chance… again.
