Salvation

Once blackened like charcoal,
Your tears of grace,
Dripped down on me,
The blood you poured,
Set me free.

i am like filthy rags,
On the dirty floor,
Your fire of mercy,
Consumed me,
i became yours, remercie.

Sanctification,
Because i am your child,
You invite me to eat,
i give my praise,
And bow at your feet.

i have been washed white,
Not a blemish,
Not a stain,
i am forever yours,
You will forever reign.

You are pure,
You are salt,
You are love,
You are light,
You are my dove.

my body,
my mind,
my heart,
my soul,
You make me whole.
