Salvation From The Dark

The haunting mountains of the dark,
Falling down into vast valleys,
Circulating around a pyramid of gold.

Spinning webs of lies,
Penetrating my mind and down,
Into the marrow of my broken bones.

Sulphur breathing down my neck,
Exploding lava of anger,
Consuming my body with a burn.

Staring into reflective pools,
Scared of my shadowed face,
My seared heart forgets to beat.

Suddenly, I am captured by His existence,
His being begins to shine brighter,
I reach for Him in the distance.

Fascinated by the essence of His beauty,
Light of the night saving my soul.
The seal of the Father upon my forehead.

Rainbows of pure thoughts,
Dancing in my cleansed heart and mind,
Glory and honor to Him on high.
