Flowing ribbons of color,
Wave through the air,
Of Silent words unspoken,
Knowing what is in my heart,
Knowing what is in my mind.

An unexpected connection,
We both used to be blind.

Floods of emotions,
From the long distance,
Feeling your happiness,
Feeling your pain,
Feeling all your feelings.

I know you feel mine,
The burning of the internal flame.
As certain as the heavens,
As certain as a yesterday gone by,
This newfound gift…

So interestingly refreshing,
It caught us on surprise,

A bond not easily broken,
Dawned as a beautiful sunrise.
