Jesus Saves

There is madness,
Inside the afflicted,
The war within their heads,
Spilling into the outer shell.

Steaming confusion,
Blinds their naked eyes,
Deafening screams of abandonment,
In the tormenting nights.

Jealous of the normal,
While standing all alone,
Questions of the broad,
With no answers coming.

But there is a hope divine,
Come step towards the Father,
He offers grapes from the vine,
And the Living Water.

Watch the darkness flee away,
Jesus saves from the snares,
Jesus calms the storms,
To those who will believe.
