My Bubble

Welcome to the sea of madness,
With the push and the pull,
Of happiness and depression.
Wanting to be healed,
In this invisible bubble of my world.

Days of sure pure delight,
Other days of sadness,
Managing the fight in my head,
Where all I can do is scream inside,
In this invisible bubble of my world.

It turns up when I want it down,
Draining out all energy,
Drowning out His words,
Of the One who sees and listens,
In this invisible bubble of my world.

I look up to the heavens,
Praying to our God above,
A calming presence comes,
To comfort me,
In this invisible bubble of my world.
