Crazy Train

Manic, panic, over thinking,
Trying to calm with deep breathing,
Rolling, trolling, like a train,
Tears, gears, fast in the brain,

Praying, trying, to stay in neutral.
My whistle is about to blow.

Wide awakening,
Breath I’m taking,
Super quickening,
Go, go, go.

Praying, trying, to stay in neutral.
Can you hear my whistle blow?

Booming, zooming,
Zipperooming,
Crashing, bashing,
Memories flashing.

Praying, trying, to get back to neutral.
Blowing whistle, blow, blow, blow.

Stop the madness,
Stop the sadness,
Burning desire,
Brakes on fire.

Praying, trying, to let this go.
Whistle all done with its blow.

Tracks are shifting,
Mind is drifting,
Cars are popping,
Train is stopping.

Praying it’s time to get up and go.

Conductor marking,
Disembarking,
People talking,
Away I’m walking,

Leaving my baggage on that crazy train.
