Bipolar Waves

I don’t want to sit down,
Legs wrestling all around,
Surges of euphoric energy,
Surges of electric anxiety.

Paranoia settles in,
Crawling in my skin,
I know what happens next,
Uncontrollable relfex.

I was flying oh so high,
I am crashing from the sky,
These waves of manic,
Have now turn to panic.

To depression, I become a slave,
Raging in like a tidal wave,
The salt hits my eyes,
You hear my cries…

Oh Jesus,
Save me tonight.

Anger rising up,
Sadness brings me down,
My mind is so confused,
I don’t want to be subdued.

Will this cycle ever end?
My body’s wearing thin,
My emotions giving in,
To what’s happening inside me.

I was flying oh so high,
I am crashing from the sky,
These waves of manic,
Have turn to panic.

To depression I become a slave,
Raging in like a tidal wave,
The salt hits my eyes,
You can hear my cries…

Oh Jesus,
Save me tonight.

Donning my disguise,
But if they look into my eyes,
I am afraid they willl see….
Every drop of my insecurities…

To depression I become a slave,
Raging in like a tidal wave,
The salt hits my eyes,
You can hear my cries…

Oh Jesus,
Save me tonight.
